Privacy Policy — Sleepy Sea: Nighty Night!

Sleepy Sea is made for young children, so we built it to know nothing about them.

We do not collect any data. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs and no internet connection of its own. Nothing your child does in the app leaves the device.

What stays on the device. The app saves your settings (music, sound and narration volume, narration language) and whether the full version has been unlocked. This is stored locally and is removed when you delete the app.

Purchases. The optional one-time purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, Apple ID or payment details. The purchase sits behind a parental gate.

Children's privacy. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children. The app contains no links out, no social features and no advertising, in line with COPPA, GDPR-K and Apple's Kids Category rules.

Changes. If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
